Next intake opens September 2025

Three Learning Tracks

Pick the path that fits where you're at right now. No prior finance knowledge needed—just willingness to learn at your own speed.

Foundations Track

Start here if budgets feel overwhelming or you're not sure where your money goes each month. We cover the basics: tracking spending, setting goals that aren't scary, and building tiny habits that compound over time.

8 weeks, approximately 3 hours per week

Growth Track

You've got the basics sorted. Now you're thinking about debt reduction strategies, emergency funds that actually work, and maybe dipping your toes into understanding investment concepts without getting lost in jargon.

12 weeks, approximately 4 hours per week

Advanced Track

Ready to tackle tax planning, property considerations, retirement projections, and portfolio concepts. This isn't financial advice—it's education that helps you have smarter conversations with actual advisors.

16 weeks, approximately 5 hours per week

How Skills Actually Build

Learning about money isn't linear—some weeks click easily, others require revisiting concepts. Here's the rough shape of what to expect as you progress.

01 Weeks 1-3

Getting Your Bearings

First few weeks feel a bit awkward. You're learning terminology, setting up tracking systems, and honestly? It might seem too simple at first. That's intentional—we're building foundations that won't crack later.

Expense tracking Goal setting Cash flow basics
02 Weeks 4-7

Making Connections

Things start clicking together. You notice patterns in your spending. Interest calculations make sense. You begin seeing how small changes ripple through your finances. Some people hit breakthroughs here, others take longer—both are normal.

Budget analysis Debt concepts Saving strategies
03 Weeks 8-12

Building Confidence

You're not just following instructions anymore—you're adapting concepts to your situation. You ask better questions. Financial news stops sounding like a foreign language. You might even help a mate understand something.

Investment basics Risk assessment Planning frameworks

Ongoing Growth

Learning doesn't stop at program completion. You've built skills and habits that keep developing. Many participants return to earlier material and understand it differently. That's when you know the knowledge has really taken root.

What Participants Actually Gain

We track outcomes not in dollar amounts, but in capability development. Here's what past learners report gaining (though results vary based on effort and circumstances):

  • Clearer Money Picture

Most develop better awareness of where money flows and why. No magic—just improved tracking and understanding of personal patterns.

  • Reduced Financial Anxiety

Understanding concepts tends to reduce stress, even before circumstances change. Knowledge provides a sense of control that many find calming.

  • Improved Decision Framework

Participants often report making more informed choices about spending, saving, and seeking professional advice when appropriate.

  • Ongoing Learning Habits

Many continue exploring financial topics independently after completing programs, building knowledge that compounds over years.

Learner Experiences

Real feedback from people who've completed our programs. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
