Technical Setup for Your Learning Journey
Getting the right tools and setup matters. We've kept things straightforward because nobody needs another headache when they're trying to learn something new.
Our autumn 2025 programs start accepting applications in June. These specs ensure you'll have everything ready when your courses begin in September.
What You'll Actually Need
Look, we've tested this with learners using everything from high-end workstations to budget laptops from 2019. The key is having consistent performance, not the latest gear.
- Processor: Any dual-core CPU from the past five years handles our platform fine. Intel i3, AMD Ryzen 3, or equivalent gets the job done.
- Memory: 4GB RAM minimum. If you're planning to have multiple browser tabs open (and who isn't?), 8GB makes life easier.
- Storage: 20GB free space for course materials and downloads. Some modules include video content that adds up.
- Display: 1366x768 resolution or higher. Our interface adapts to smaller screens, but you'll appreciate the extra space.
- Audio: Headphones or speakers. Many lessons include audio components, and café background noise isn't ideal for concentration.

Software & Connection Requirements
We've kept the software requirements pretty minimal. Most of what you need is probably already on your system.
Web Browser
Our platform works best with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. We test on all four monthly.
Update to the latest version before your first session. Auto-updates work fine — just restart when prompted.
Internet Speed
5 Mbps download speed handles video lessons without buffering issues. Upload speed matters less unless you're in live sessions.
Run a quick speed test at speedtest.net before enrolling. Mobile hotspots work for most content if needed.
Document Tools
You'll download PDFs, spreadsheets, and occasional zip files. Standard readers handle everything we send.
Free options like Adobe Reader and LibreOffice work perfectly. No need for premium subscriptions.
Security Setup
Basic antivirus protection and keeping your OS updated covers the security side. We use encrypted connections throughout.
Windows Defender or macOS built-in protection is sufficient. Just keep definitions current.
Video Access
Lessons stream directly in your browser. No plugins, no special players, no compatibility nightmares.
Videos adapt to your connection speed automatically. You can also download for offline viewing.
Mobile Options
iOS 13+ or Android 9+ lets you access courses on tablets and phones. Great for reviewing on the go.
Some exercises work better on larger screens, but reading materials and videos adapt well to mobile.
Getting Help When You Need It
Technical issues happen. We've built a support process that actually solves problems instead of bouncing you through automated systems.
- Check the Setup Guide: Most connection or access questions are covered in our step-by-step walkthrough. Takes about 10 minutes to review.
- Contact Support Directly: Email us at info@qualinoravex.com with your issue. We respond within 4 business hours, usually faster.
- Schedule a Call: Some problems need a real conversation. Book a 20-minute slot with our tech team at +61412470969.
- Access Backup Systems: If your primary device fails, we can set you up with temporary access on alternate equipment during critical periods.
We track technical issues across all learners. In 2024, 94% of setup problems were resolved in the first contact, and most took under 15 minutes.
